Fred Walker — CoFounder
Fred Walker is Head of Construction and CoFounder of Southern Exposure Solar in Hanover County. In 2015, he earned the Top Solar Installer credential NABCEP PVIP and later directed multiple solar installation teams as an Operations Manager. Fred is all about local and quality, which was his inspiration for starting Southern Exposure Solar. Mr. Walker oversees our team of employee installers, is a graduate from Patrick Henry High School, graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from J Sergeant Reynolds, and is a veteran United States Marine.
Grayson Goodstein — CoFounder
Grayson Goodstein is Head of Solar Design and CoFounder of Ashland, VA solar installer, Southern Exposure Solar. With a background in client discovery industries and as a financial advisor, he found local solar as something to be passionate about; especially because his free time is generally spent in nature. Grayson grew up in Richmond, and is an alumnus of the University of Alabama and Trinity Episcopal School in Richmond, Virginia.
