CertainTeed's Solstice Gold warranty is a 25-year product and installation workmanship warranty for Solstice systems sold in the United States. The warranty covers the cost of:
- Testing the system to identify the cause of performance issues
- Repairing or replacing defective components
- Correcting faulty installation workmanship
Approved components include the CertainTeed Solar Panel, CertainTeed Solar Shingle, Enphase micro-inverters, IronRidge racking/flashing, SolarEdge (which we don't recommend at this time), SolArk, Unirac racking/flashing (which we're not recommending due to the superiority of IronRidge).
If you have a problem with your solar system, you can contact your CertainTeed Solar Master, Select Solar Master, or Solar Roofing Specialist.
If they are unavailable, you can submit a warranty claim online at https://www.ctndl.com/resndlsite/ or by calling (800) 345-1145.

Roof age is one of the most important considerations for a roof-top solar system. The last thing we want is to have to remove the solar system for you to get a new roof and then reinstall. For this reason we will ask about your expected roof-life remaining to help set expectations. You don't have to but we highly recommend it! That said, we can offer other panels as a local independent contractor if there is a certain manufacturer of interest. Only downside is then you'll have a usual solar system warranty.
Usually warranties are 5 Separate warranties - three from manufacturers for panels, inverters, and racking/flashing, plus two more as long as the installer stays in business to include workmanship (waterproofing/roof penetrations) and service costs should a manufacturer warranty need to be enacted.
